![]() ![]() Anything that they can do, some other Archer tower can do it better. Overall, Goblirangs are thoroughly outclassed. Ironically, I find it to be the more consistent ability of the Goblirangs. Regardless, it is useful against durable foes and is not completely wasted if it overkills its initial target. Even when fully upgraded, it is still heavily reliant on RNG, which is never a recipe for success.Īngry Bees does deal great damage, but the area is lacking and the ability itself is quite expensive. Unfortunately, due to the previously mentioned tendency of boomerangs missing their second hits, Headbang is mostly ineffective at lower tiers. Being less effective for DPS and having no other features like ignoring Armor does not warrant a purchase.ĭespite the low numbers, Headbang can become a somewhat reliable source of stun when fully upgraded. There is really nothing more to say about this ability. How the heck can you call an ability "Biggerangs" when the ability deals LESS DAMAGE than a regular attack at tier 4? Sure, it deals more damage at higher tiers, but it remains cost ineffective due to its slower animation. Only with precise placement or blocking units can the maximum damage potential of Goblirangs truly shine, which is still not impressive. Against fast enemies, don't even hope for it. Additionally, the slow moving speed of the boomerangs themselves means they usually miss most enemies on the way back anyways. The boomerangs themselves only deal half damage when returning to the throwers, meaning the tower does not actually deal as much damage as one might initially expect. At this point, I believe it would be better to have a more standard Barracks tower with controllable troops that is much less dependent on proper placement. Since the zombies can't take care of most enemies by themselves, towers still have to finish them off. Overall, the Grim Cemetery doesn't do a great job at creating its own chokepoint. Additionally, the aforementioned ranged enemies and flying enemies can kill zombies from a safe distance, rendering any Bloated Corpses damage useless. This ability is very ineffective at dealing damage since the damage is low, comes infrequently, and only affects zombies specifically spawned from killed enemies. Still, stat boosts can only get you so far, and only having one upgrade tier doesn't push the Cemetery to being a stable choice of Barracks.īloated Corpses is equally unimpressive, if not less impressive, than Cold Grip. Zombie X Muscle Gain is the tower's only decent ability, providing some much needed stat boosts. Additionally, the ability deals no damage, lasts a very short time, and has a rather meager area of effect. ![]() Since the whole point of the Grim Cemetery is to create its own chokepoint by blocking enemies with zombies, there really isn't much point to attempt to slow them down. Zombies raised by fallen enemies slowly decay anyways, further reducing the strength of its chokepoint.Ĭold Grip is not very impressive at all. They don't regenerate any HP either, so any damage they sustain is permanent until they die. They are more or less helpless against ranged and flying enemies. The zombies themselves are painfully average in terms of HP and damage. This makes placement of the Cemetery critical, since zombies spawning on the undesirable paths or locations make the tower nearly a waste of gold. Since they cannot be moved, it can be frustrating when there are enemies in another lane while four fresh zombies sit in another path doing nothing of worth. The simple fact that the spawned zombies are uncontrollable already leads to a host of problems. 5: Grim Cemeteryĭespite requiring less intensive management than most Barracks towers, the Grim Cemetery somehow ends up being more stress inducing. On a final note, I am not financially or medically responsible for any mental, physical, emotional, marital, or financial damage caused as a result of using all five of these towers in a single loadout. Because of this, please feel free to correct me and leave feedback in a comment if you feel like I have perhaps done something wrong. I know that there are undoubtedly people out there who are far more experienced with Kingdom Rush than I ever was. I have also collected every single achievement.Īt the end of the day though, this is still merely my opinion. I have beaten every single stage on Impossible difficulty with no Items and no Lives lost. I have beaten Kingdom Rush Vengeance, in particular, within the span of 2 weeks. I have played the Kingdom Rush series for over 5 years in total and have beaten every single game on the highest difficulty at least once. I would like to preface this post by stating that I am a rather experienced Kingdom Rush player. ![]()
